How does delivery work?

It depends on the item you have ordered. For large items like sofas, they will likely be delivered curbside via LTL shipment. The courier will likely call to setup a delivery appointment.

For smaller items, they will likely be delivered via a Ground Courier company like Fedex. If you are not home, they will leave the package in a safe space for you to collect.

How long does delivery take?

We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates for our orders. However, we do provide delivery estimates based on stock levels and anticipated shipping routes. It can range anywhere from 2 business days up to about 10. These are only estimates that we provide and not guarantees.

Should I measure my space first?

Yes, we would recommend measuring your space.
